Shipping & Returns
We hope you love your items, but if you decide it isn't the right fit we understand! We've created a hassle-free return policy to allow you to pick out something new, at your convenience!
All returns are eligible for online store credit (an e-gift card) only. The e-gift card can only be used on our website. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase in its original condition - tags attached, unworn, unwashed, & unaltered. Final sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged.
- If you would like to return an item, please email Deana at email@example.com for approval.
- Ship the product back to us, (we ask customers with returns to drop it in the mail). Please include the original packing slip in your shipment. Ship to: 707 s. Main street, Stillwater, OK 74074
- Once we receive the item(s), you will receive an email with an e-gift card for the dollar amount of the item(s) you are returning. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The e-gift card does not expire; you may place a new order at any time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders placed within the continental us (up to $49.99) will pay a $3.00 shipping fee. Orders over $49.99 will ship for free! Any return is shipped back to Greige Goods at the expense of the customer.
All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified in the product description. Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will ship the following Monday. There may be additional delays due to weather, holidays, and USPS exceptions beyond our control; however, you will be notified by email immediately if such a delay exists. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided from the account.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
